Andre Avaregan has worked at VCBO Architecture since September of 2019 as an IT Help Desk Technician and has been involved in the IT field since 1994. He works with multiple computer makes and models helping build and repair monitors and towers, troubleshooting and solving problems. Andre is also interested in CyberSecurity. He enjoys working with people and helping them with their technical needs.
Andrea Looney has a varied background in customer service and administrative assisting and joined VCBO Architecture’s administrative support team in 2019. She is highly organized and efficient, making her an asset to her team. Andrea’s impressive communications skills ensure the clients’ needs are met without problems, and her dedication to serving our clients expeditiously provides for a successful project. Her technical skills include all Microsoft office Suite programs, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
Andrew Kismarton is studying Finance at Weber State University. He has been a part of VCBO Architecture’s accounting team since April 2019. During a brief stint studying engineering, Andrew discovered a passion for problem solving using numbers—a passion that now contributes to his success as a member of VCBO’s accounting team. While in school, Andrew found himself developing a talent for tutoring other students, particularly in their math classes. This talent for tutoring is evident in everyday interactions as Andrew assists his coworkers in a manner that is accurate and easy to understand.
Becky worked intermittently for VCBO for three years before joining the firm full time in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She has a varied background including accounting, customer service, travel, marketing, fundraising and leading volunteer programs in her community. Becky assists with operations support, project management and conference registrations and logistics. She handles employee travel both domestic and international, including plane and pilot scheduling for private and commercial flights. Becky loves working for VCBO and enjoys the privilege of working with such talented and dedicated individuals.
Craig has been the IT Manager here at VCBO Architecture since 2016. He has over 30 years of experience managing companies’ IT infrastructure and does an excellent job keeping our technology maintained and current. His efforts provide our employees with the tools they need to complete VCBO projects and serve their clients.
Jacque is a part of the Administrative Team at VCBO Architecture. She assists with HR matters and coordinates the Danish Consulate requests. Having held positions in the legal, financial and business fields, Jacque is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. Jacque has superb organization skills and a great attention to detail. The dedication she shows in her work on projects is proof of her commitment to VCBO Architecture.
JoanEllen (Joanie) joined VCBO Architecture in July of 2011 as a Project Assistant. Her construction knowledge goes far back to her childhood, where she spent many hours watching her father draw plans for a variety of mechanical systems. You can say construction is in her blood. Eventually, she attended the University of Utah and studied Mechanical Engineering, leading her to work in the A / E industry with her father’s mechanical system test and balancing company and ultimately paving her path to VCBO. Working at VCBO Architecture has given her a well-rounded view of the construction world from design through project completion, and her vast experience and knowledge of construction protocol and documents is advantageous for the teams she assists. Joanie enjoys a fast paced environment and helps keep project deadlines on target.
Karissa joined the VCBO Architecture Administrative team as a project assistant in 2016. With previous experience in both legal and financial settings, Karissa has found that in striving to be as organized and detailed as possible, she has developed critical skills for ensuring success in any capacity. She also works in support of open and consistent communication, which allows projects of any scale to be completed with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Liz Stincelli, DM
Liz has been with VCBO since 2004. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership. She has worked in the accounting and finance field since 1990. Liz serves as the controller for VCBO and oversees all financial and accounting activities for the firm.
Mandy has been with VCBO Architecture as the Administrative Specialist Coordinator since October 2006. Her attention to detail allows projects to be documented thoroughly and avoids any miscommunication or disruption. She delegates work to other members of the Administrative Team to ensure that all projects are finished in a timely manner while the quality of the work goes above and beyond expectations. Her technical capabilities include the use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Riley is a member of the Runner’s team, serving as the Facility Supervisor. He has a background in security management and training and manages all of the various day-to-day operations including building maintenance, regular upkeep, supplies ordering and stocking. He is especially crucial to the success of the organization and ensures things run smoothly.
Traci Jacobson studied at Weber State University for a degree in health education and minored in English. She then started working as a specifications and administrative assistant at VCBO in August 2016. Since then, she has expanded her responsibilities and currently leads both the VCBO Wellness program and the VCBO book club, as well as assisting with LEED documentation. Reading well over 100 books every year, she is always quick to recommend a book to a friend or a co-worker and often spends her free time reviewing books. Traci also enjoys reading and reviewing books for publishers that are not yet available to the public.
