The Office Services Clerk provides essential day-to-day operational support that keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. This role supports internal teams through deliveries, office upkeep, supply coordination, and general administrative tasks, with a strong focus on reliability and follow-through. Responsibilities
- Complete deliveries of packages, meals, and project-related materials
- Assist with preparation of marketing and client-related materials
- Support office cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance
- Order, restock, and manage office supplies
- Coordinate mail distribution, FedEx shipments, and file storage
- Maintain off-site storage and assist with records organization
- Perform general errands and firm-related tasks as needed
- Safely and responsibly operate a company vehicle
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Strong communication, listening, and client service skills
- Ability to manage time well and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Dependable, flexible, and reliable
