Hokulani Ching




Hoku joined VCBO in 2015 and is currently working with the K-12 design team. She graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Architectural Design and received her Master of Architecture from the University of Utah in 2012. She is working towards becoming a licensed architect and loves the potential of architecture to enhance lives and communities. A native of Hawaii, Hoku is inspired by various cultures, environments and people that shapes her exploration of design solutions throughout a project. She also has experience working on higher education and cultural projects and is adept at coordinating user visions and goals with functional and technical details. She enjoys collaborating with the people who come together through architecture and loves to learn from her experiences with them.
