With its entry into the PAC 12 Conference, the University of Utah Football Program entered a new, highly competitive conference with enormous challenges. Since the scope and quality of the football facilities are highly influential in successful recruiting, the need for a new athletic facility became critical to the Football Program's success.  The University requires facilities that are of equal quality to the other PAC 12 competitors.
